Directions to Our Airfield

From M74, exit at Junction 8 (Southbound turn left off of slip road and continue to roundabout, Northbound the sliproad will bring you directly onto the roundabout);

Turn left at roundabout towards Blackwood. You will pass two parking laybys, immediately after the second layby turn left;

You will cross a bridge over the motorway, immediately after the bridge turn right;

As you follow the road you will see the green hut on top of the hill after turning a sharp right turn, this is the flying site. As you round the blind left hand turn there is a small road to the right blocked by a gate. You should contact a club member in advance to gain access through the gate.

Directions to the Club Meetings

Meetings are held in The Bowling Pavilion, Hamilton Palace Sports Ground, Motehill, Hamilton. From the M74 (J6) follow signs to Hamilton, you will join a dual carraigeway approaching a roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and go straight through the next one. At the third roundabout turn right then immediate right. This leads into the car park, the Bowling pavillion is on the left.
